Unbound is everything a fan of the franchise could want and an example of how to revamp a series without losing any of the essence of what a good Need for Speed is. More than just an excellent arcade racing game, Criterion leaves players with shining eyes as they imagine how much better this could be in the future.
The story paints something that feels all too real-world with things like police corruption and right-wing smoke screening. Combined with real-world visuals of the city mixed with gorgeous graffiti-like special effects, it all mixes into a fantastic racing experience that is hard to quit. The only gripe is an incredibly slow progression system.
I love this game because it has a set of 4 Ukrainian rap tracks. This is unlike any car championship games I know! Bravo Alyona Alyona with 3rd place on Eurovision! Slava Ukraini!
Muito bom jogo deu uma renovada na série
Deixando dinâmico e divertido, as missões de entrega timeup e de fuga ficaram interessantes implementação delas no jogo e imperceptível vc faz as questões secundarias sem nem perceber
Need for Speed Unbound is one of the best entries in the series since the golden days of Underground and Most Wanted. There are tons of new changes that give the game a unique spirit and the main focus on street racing combined with a generous vehicle list make this a solid arcade racing.
Need for Speed Unbound does not reinvent the wheel, but it does tune it. Criterion Games wanted to stand out with its new artistic style and has succeeded. We are not facing the best driving game of the year, but we do see an NFS that wants the saga to return to the highest categories. Fun, fast and furious.
Need for Speed Unbound is a fun racer with some new event types and an unusual yet undeniably attractive visual style. However, it doesn't do a ton to set itself apart from other racers that are currently out there and its story mode can be quite limiting.
Put that unfairness together with the annoying tendencies of the cops in Need for Speed Unbound, and the entire experience is full of peaks and valleys that curtail the progress that this game is supposed to be making. Beyond its art style that stands tall on its own, Need for Speed Unbound feels less like an innovation and more like a new body kit installed on an old engine. When the competition is already miles ahead, what this series needed was a nitrous boost of epic proportions, but sadly, it doesn’t seem like it will ever catch up.
I usually love the need for speed franchise
And the redesign on need for speed with
Its comic book like style and textures was a vary cool touch soundtrack not to bad
How ever story was a little weird and totally pulled away from the hidden story to (hero cars) or (boss cars)
I've platinumed all the NFS but this one disappointed me, it's incomplete, the first 20 hours of play you'll always see the same 4 points or markers to do events, to complete, that of paying for races is very disappointing since the money you get is very little for how expensive everything is, that's what the game is based on, making you repeat the same races over and over again until you complete the money to advance, NFS Heat and Payback were better, I feel like they force the player to repeat the same tracks until they gather the money and advance, to complete, the level of each car must be taken to the maximum if you want to earn something, the game is a disaster, and finally, the turbos are useless, they only temper the screen but you don't feel power, the turbo is just a cartoon effect that doesn't make you reach or pass anyone.
I bought this game physically and I regret it, it's an incomplete and repetitive disaster -- a thousand times better than NFS Heat and Payback.
