Planet Coaster 2 excels in amusement park management, presenting a superb combination of gameplay depth and accessibility. You’re sure to enjoy the ride in this brilliant coaster tycoon.
Planet Coaster 2 may share the same problems as its predecessor, but it's even better at all of the things it was good at, with water attractions alone being reason enough to dive in.
Best game ever. Better graphics than the previous chapter. They added variable time the Italian language. Truly beautiful. A game that will make history for games in its genre.
franchement de bonne améliorations les parc aquatique rajoute vraiment un gros truc quelque **** bug je trouve ça nul de mal le noté a cause des bugs ou contenues pas assez remplis il faut attendre des mises a jour et dlc
Planet Coaster 2 cements itself as a significant, if cautious, evolution of the genre. The game achieves that coveted state of "zen management" where watching your park run while planning the next big attraction is tremendously satisfying. Despite some limitations, the title offers a complete and rewarding experience that improves on virtually every aspect of its predecessor.
Planet Coaster 2 may not be the deepest management sim you can buy, but its powerful creation tools and newly added water attractions make a sufficiently satisfying splash.
It adds up to a good game with a few shortcomings. For something with such a high level of customization and management, it's almost difficult to believe that things are as good as they are. A few more missteps would have had this game begging for a UI overhaul, but it's not quite that severe in its current state. Other strategic elements such as the power system end up being little more than busy work, and ultimately add little value to the experience. While I wish there were more themes, or a greater distinction between those themes, I will allow them the opportunity to make additions before judging how that strategy turns out. Most importantly for a simulation with hundreds of tiny people on screen: I didn't run into any performance issues, which surely helped me overcome the negatives. I can only imagine it is like starting an actual theme park, a bit of a grind, a ton of complexity, a large amount of choice, but a good pay off if you nail it.
Planet Coaster 2 introduces some fun new features like pools and water rides but falls short in interface and management mechanics, hampering the gameplay experience. Visually impressive, yet limited content and performance issues leave it feeling unfinished and disappointing for a full-priced game.
Awesome game, really addictive and fun. Hard to out down. Of course bunch of people already giving this game a 0 for no reason. A game that scores 0 should not even be playable.
Far too many features are simply missing that were already included in PC 1 at launch. The goal is clearly to sell 100+ DLCs and intentionally keep the game small at launch.
Game is alright although it is not a management game at all. I remember hearing it improved on its management aspects compared to Planet Coaster 1 but it did not. This is a good creative building game, nothing else. Example; I built 2 soda fountains, 1 info kiosk, 3 small pools (the default buildable ones) and the one that comes with a flume and I was already making hands over fists of money. I legit made like 10K within a small amount of time playing and had like 1K people trying to come into my small community sized pool. What a terrible "management" game.
Current game time: 3 hours. Side note; performance isn't bad but there is TONS of ghosting even with motion blur and other options that make blurriness happen turned off. You can literally have 2 vending machines and still have 1K+ people lining up to enter your park. [[My real score is 4 but since everyone wants to give this game 10s for no reason, I have to lower it to 1]].
